This position plays a key role in ensuring our staff have access to high-quality, well-managed benefits that support their overall well-being. You will oversee benefit programs, guide employees through enrollment and life events, and work closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, leave, and related offerings)
  • Serve as a resource for employees, answering questions and providing clear guidance on benefit options
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and reporting requirements (FMLA, ACA, etc.)
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and leadership to improve processes and employee experience
  • Support open enrollment planning, communication, and execution
  • Analyze benefits data and recommend improvements aligned to staff needs

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in benefits administration, HR, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and HR systems
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, approachable way
  • A mindset focused on service, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
