Position Overview
Racine Pride Company is seeking passionate, community-minded individuals to join our Ambassador Program. Ambassadors serve as representatives of our mission and help strengthen connections between our organization and the community.
This is an opportunity for individuals who are interested in leadership development, nonprofit work, community outreach, event support, and creating positive change.
Ambassador Responsibilities
- Represent Racine Pride Company in a positive and welcoming manner
- Promote community events, programs, and initiatives
- Assist with outreach efforts and community engagement
- Support event setup, guest experience, and volunteer coordination
- Share approved organization updates through personal and community networks
- Help connect community members with resources and opportunities
- Participate in ambassador meetings and leadership activities
Qualifications
Ideal candidates are:
- Passionate about community service and inclusion
- Reliable, respectful, and team-oriented
- Comfortable communicating with diverse groups of people
- Interested in nonprofit leadership, outreach, events, or advocacy
