Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT) – Hybrid Position (Nashville, TN – Green Hills)
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and self-motivated licensed therapist to join our growing practice located in the Green Hills area of Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, is responsive to client needs, and is comfortable providing leadership or clinical supervision. This hybrid position allows for a mix of on-site and telehealth sessions, and the therapist will have full autonomy over their schedule, hours, and caseload. Providers typically achieve their desired caseload within 30 days of starting.
We are specifically looking for a licensed therapist who has a desire to offer Christian counseling to clients who seek it, while still providing high-quality, evidence-based care to clients of all backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy for clients with a variety of mental health concerns
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions
- Offer Christian counseling and integrative faith-based support when requested by clients
- Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans and goals
- Deliver crisis intervention and support when needed
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment approaches
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Full Tennessee licensure (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT)
- Those who will soon be license-eligible are encouraged to apply
- Ability to provide clinical supervision is a plus with additional compensation opportunities
- Experience or comfort integrating Christian faith into therapy for clients seeking it
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and commitment to high-quality client care
- Self-starter with strong organization and time-management skills
