Seeking a reliable, safety-minded Concrete Pump Operator to join our team. This position is for an equipment operator, not just a driver. You will be operating a 32-meter Alliance Double Z boom pump and working closely with customers and crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate a 32-meter Alliance Double Z boom concrete pump
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Handle routine maintenance including greasing, cleaning, and general upkeep of the pump
- Keep equipment clean and job-ready every day
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues on the job site when possible
- Report mechanical problems promptly to the shop for repair
- Communicate professionally with customers to determine the best and safest way to complete each pour
- Work as a team-oriented individual
- Assist in the shop when needed (a plus)
Requirements
- MUST have a valid CDL (Class B or A required)
- Clean driving record
- 3 years of concrete pump experience preferred, but we will train the right individual
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
- Strong mechanical awareness and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism
- Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of equipment
