What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Representative position at Raceway Car Wash?
Sales Rep
Guest Service Representative (GSR): You will report to the General Manager. Primary responsibility, but not limited to guide each guest’s vehicle onto the conveyor safely & assist guests with the purchasing decisions to achieve your sales goals with Fast Pass memberships.
What you would do:
- This is a hands-on, guest interacting, outdoor position; you must be willing to work in the various temperature conditions while getting your hands a little dirty.
- Inspect vehicles before they enter the tunnel to ensure there are no safety issues.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by being friendly to guests and handling vehicles with extreme care.
- Complete tasks associated with location cleanliness and appearance such as sweeping, picking up trash, cleaning windows, and/or minor landscaping work as directed by management.
- Follow all Raceway Car Wash safety procedures and policies.
- Warmly greet guests and personalize their visit by using training tools provided.
- Utilize sales tools to help promote our products including membership sales & daily specials.
- Utilize problem solving, active listening, educate our guests on product knowledge, packages, and services to help enhance their experience.
- Operate a tablet and Point-Of-Sale system to invoice and properly order vehicles to be loaded into the tunnel.
- As needed, assist Production crews with vacuuming, sweeping, and managing the vehicle queue.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
