- Manage cash handling procedures with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and sales
- Upsell complementary products by understanding customer preferences and needs
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh, appealing products
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Support inventory management through stocking, organizing, and replenishing merchandise regularly
- Assist in retail math calculations for sales tracking, discounts, and promotions
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus for leadership opportunities
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
