Account Executive

Race Entry offers free software to events and venues of all sizes. We make money from a service fee on each order.

Account Executives earn base commission. For each event you sell, we pay $0.25 per ticket, $0.25 per membership, and $0.33 per registration on each credit card transaction. You also earn recurring commission each year you retain the events you sell through excellent account management.

No cap on commission. Plus, earn recurring commission each year you retain your clients.

Making a 6-figure income is expected within 2-5 years for all reps who consistently sell new events and retain clients well.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to race directors, timers, and cities to build long-term relationships and make sales
• Make cold calls and respond to calls transferred by BDRs
• Attend trade shows as needed to make sales and develop client relationships
• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
• Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings
• Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience
• Account management or other relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
• Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing, and internet technology

Preferred:

• Experience in event organization and management

Across our three brands, Race Entry, Stride Events, and Rodeo Ticket, we offer online ticketing, registration, and event management software to event organizers. We increase attendance for the events that use our software.

Our software is free for our customers. We make our money from the participants of the events (we add a small online fee). We are better than FREE for our customers, because we actually pay the credit card fees for the events that use our software. We make money from the small online fee that we add on to tickets and registrations, so we make money from the attendees of our customer events (this is how it is entirely free for our customers).
