What You'll Do
- Receive purchase orders with details of upcoming deliveries
- Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
- Completes deliveries by driving a company vehicle to and from the warehouse
- Track, order and restock warehouses in various locations throughout the state
- Prepare and arrange equipment for Technicians
- Check tools in and out
- Cleans and maintains warehouse and exterior of the building
- Always maintain current inventory availability counts and notify staff minimums levels are reached
- Maintain inventory and communicate to different departments of inventory status and whereabouts
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Complete reports by entering the required information in database
- Main quality service by following organization standards, comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles, equipment, and tools. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Understand and maintains spreadsheets in excel and asset programs
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid drivers license
- Pallet jack & forklift experience (forklift certified is a plus)
- Great organization skills
- Open minded and flexible
- Good time management skills
- Honest and reliable
- Warehouse experience
- Friendly with excellent communication skills
- Team player and willing to learn
- Proficient in inventory data entry
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
Work Environment:
- Daily driving is expected.
- Physical Demands:
- The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee is required to drive a vehicle.
