RAC Busselton Holiday Park is an award-winning holiday park, located on the doorstep of Busselton and Dunsborough. This unique park is nestled within 8 hectares of natural bushland but only a short 300-metre stroll to the white sands and crystal-clear waters of Geographe Bay.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front Office Attendant to join our team on a casual basis.
This role would be ideal for a local or someone looking to relocate from Perth or Busselton locals - own accommodation is preferred due to limited accommodation available on-site.

What does every day look like for you?
You will spend your days:
- Providing exceptional customer service at the front office, providing all guests a warm welcome to the park, and assisting with all aspects of their stay.
- Answering incoming phone calls, aiding over the phone and via email.
- Assisting groups with their bookings and stay at the park, including for school groups, weddings and events.
- Assisting with general operations of the park.
- Minimum 1 years' work experience.
- Hold a Certificate II or higher in hospitality field or equivalent.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Previous experience in administration highly regarded.
- Previous experience using NewBook or other guest reservation software (highly regarded but not essential).
- Strong time-management, organisation and multi-tasking skills.
