Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Utilize retail math to assist customers with inquiries regarding pricing, discounts, and product availability.
- Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately and securely.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability for customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits, enhancing their shopping experience.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products that meet customer needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom areas.
