AVP - Loan Servicing Manager

The Loan Servicing Manager is a member of the Rural Operations team and leads a team of Loan Servicing Specialist through the day-to-day process of performing a variety of back-office operational loan transactions related to active loans in the portfolios. Servicing responsibilities include service and support for both the Direct Lending and Input Finance portfolios in the areas of Funding/Booking, Loan Maintenance, Customer Connect, Receipts, Cash Management and Quality Control.

The Loan Servicing Manager is responsible for partnering with peers and VP, Servicing Manager to ensure continuity of daily departmental workflow & processing in the Loan Servicing Department while managing operational, reputational and compliance risks. The Loan Servicing Manager coaches and leads team(s) of Loan Servicing Specialists to achieve established goals. Maintains open communication with managers of Closing, Finance, DRC, Compliance, Credit and Legal departments to refine process and service levels. Responsible for working directly with IT staff in regard to 3rd Party vendors for AFS, NLS, and US Bank as a subject matter expert.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing/coaching direct reports.

• Monitors workflow of direct reports to ensure functions are performed timely and accurately.

• Represent department to management and legal in regard to complex credits.

• Manages operational risk in accordance with the Three Lines of Defense risk management model.

• Minimum 5 years of Managerial experience related to Loan Servicing functions in Banking or Finance

• Must possess excellent, people leadership, organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills required. Must be able to manage cross organizational relationships

• Understanding of U.S. Banking regulatory environment

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in addition to overall management of the staff and functions.

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular position includes all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
