As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced HVAC technician to join our team and help us uphold our reputation for excellence.Position Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Commercial HVAC Service and Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a lead technician in commercial environments. The ideal candidate will not only excel in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance but also have the capability to manage and execute equipment replacements from start to finish.Essential FunctionsPerform scheduled preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systemsDiagnose and repair rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and other commercial HVAC equipmentExecute equipment replacements, including rooftop units, condensers, furnaces, and air handlersAccurately assess system issues and propose effective solutions to clientsComplete detailed service reports and maintain organized documentationProvide guidance and support to junior technicians when neededCommunicate effectively with dispatch, project managers, and customersMaintain compliance with safety protocols and industry standardsRequirements:Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of commercial HVAC experience, with at least 5 years as a lead technicianEPA Universal Certification (Required)Proven ability to perform equipment replacements independentlyStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksWillingness to participate in an on-call rotationOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Work EnvironmentThis position involves working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow. Travel to onsite work locations is required, both within the state and occasionally out of state. Reliable transportation and flexibility with travel schedules are essential. All necessary safety equipment and training will be provided to ensure a secure and productive work environment.Physical Demands Candidates must be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions year-round.
