NOW HIRING: Pediatric Dental Assistant
Full-Time All Three Locations $15.15–$20.00/hr (based on experience)
Why Work With Us
At Raber & Mortenson Pediatric Dentistry, we have built something special in the Prescott region — a practice where kids actually look forward to coming back. Serving families across Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Chino Valley, we are proud to be the most-recommended pediatric dental practice in our community (just ask any local parenting group), consistently earning five-star reviews for the way we treat patients and families.
Our three board-certified pediatric dentists — Dr. Bobby Raber, Dr. Brian Mortenson, and Dr. Courtney Goler — have spent years building a practice grounded in one simple belief: treat the child, not just the teeth. We welcome parents into every procedure, discourage traumatizing restraint methods, and go the extra mile for children with special needs who deserve a dentist willing to put in the time.
We are growing, and we want a Dental Assistant who shares our values and is excited to be part of a team that is genuinely changing how kids feel about the dentist.
Our Core Values
Every member of our team lives these values — not as a poster on the wall, but as the way we show up every day.
HONESTY
We tell the truth, even when it’s hard
ACCOUNTABILITY
We own our actions and follow through
COMMUNICATIVE
We listen, explain, and stay connected
KINDNESS
We lead with compassion in every interaction
CHEERFULLY FLEXIBLE
We adapt with a smile and a great attitude
Who You Are
You are the kind of person who lights up around kids. You are calm under pressure, quick to laugh, and the type of team member others count on. You do not cut corners, you communicate before problems become issues, and you take ownership of your work. You might be new to dentistry, or you might have years of experience — what matters most to us is your character and your commitment.
If the idea of helping a nervous five-year-old leave the chair with a smile — and actually want to come back — sounds like a great day at work, read on.
