Job Summary

Rabalais I&E Constructors is seeking an individual who possesses the skills, aptitude, and ambition required to contribute to our organization as a Project Assistant working primarily from our corporate office in Corpus Christi, Tx.

In general, no specific experience is required, and training will be provided.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining standard project reports.
• Assist in developing & maintaining project deliverables.
• Interact with company representatives, customers, and subordinates.
• Assist Project Manager and Superintendents in the execution of job requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to methodically approach detail-oriented tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Works effectively in a team environment.
  
  

Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision and oversight.

Physical Demands

• Ability to work a 10-hour shift, at minimum, and overtime when necessary.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to walk up and down multiple flights stairs.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• When required, wear all necessary PPE and conform to other site-specific requirements.
