Job Description:
Note: Please don’t submit junior profiles need minimum 15 yrs of experience on Servicenow
• 10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, specifically within the ITOM module
• ITOM Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, SAMpro, HAMpro, Event Management, and Orchestration
• Hands-on development includes creation, configuration and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, probe, sensors and Event rules
• Integrate ITOM modules with a variety of enterprise monitoring tools, automation of alerts, application management tools using OOB plugins and API methods
• Experienced in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and Orchestration use cases
• Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs and MID Server mgmt. experience
• Strong ITSM Process knowledge
• Good understanding of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs & Best Practices
• Excellent / advance understanding and ability to script automated processes
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation specialist.
Responsibilities:-
• The ITOM Developer will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions
• The role requires deep understanding of ServiceNow development practices, scripting, and integration capabilities to deliver solutions that improve visibility, automation, and efficiency of IT operations
• This includes working on ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration
• Hands-on development includes creation, configuration and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, probe, sensors and Event rules
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with a variety of enterprise monitoring tools, automation of alerts, application management tools using OOB plugins and API methods..
