Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented ETL Developer with strong experience in Informatica PowerCenter and related data integration tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL workflows and data pipelines to support enterprise data warehousing and analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources into target systems.
• Optimize ETL workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and resolve data-related issues.
• Maintain documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12 years of experience in ETL development.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M, Autosys).
• Knowledge of performance tuning and error handling in ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of Informatica Cloud or IICS.
• Exposure to big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
