Job Summary:
- You own responsibilities across the entire software development life cycle -- product design, development, test, launch, warranty. You adhere high standards of quality, cost and delivery.
- Projects, medium to large new sets of features
- Operations, such as maintenance and incident management.
You may oversee product analysts, aka business analysts. You are comfortable leading a portion of our team with Dev, Test, Marketing, UX, business operations, SOX / compliance / legal and other stakeholders. For example, you and your analyst(s) will:
- aid prioritization
- capture requirements and acceptance criteria,
- Groom, aid sizing, resource plan
- aid UX design
- design business processes
- prepare, perform and support testing (interoperability, user acceptance, accessibility, other testing)
- assist field training
- craft customer / field / stakeholder communications
- demo
- launch
- maintain (tech debt, release management, vendor management, platform management)
- manage incidents, triage

- You are a self-starter. You make progress despite ambiguity, solve problems with data driven recommendations and quickly flex to changing conditions.

- You are a fast learner who is / must soon become a subject matter expert on payment flows, business rules, account conditions, customer personas, etc.
