The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, routing and switching, firewalls, network security, cloud networking, and network automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and network security devices.
- Manage routing protocols, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and static routing.
- Implement and maintain VLANs, VPNs, MPLS, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and NAT.
- Configure and manage firewalls, including Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Fortinet, and Check Point.
- Design and support network connectivity across AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Implement network security policies, access controls, and intrusion prevention systems.
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds, Wireshark, PRTG, and other monitoring tools.
- Troubleshoot complex network connectivity, latency, routing, and performance issues.
- Support network automation using Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Implement high availability, redundancy, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and DevOps teams.
- Maintain network documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of professional experience in network engineering and enterprise networking.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies.
- Experience managing enterprise firewalls and network security infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise and hybrid cloud networks.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- CCNP or CCIE certification.
- Palo Alto PCNSE or Fortinet NSE certification.
- AWS Advanced Networking or Azure Network Engineer certification.
- Experience with Cisco ACI, SDN, and network automation.
- Experience with data center networking and network migration projects.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and SASE architectures.
