Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer with 12 years of expertise in designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining enterprise-level database applications using Oracle technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in Oracle Database, PL/SQL programming, performance tuning, data modeling, ETL processes, and database administration support within large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL programs, packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
• Develop high-performance database solutions for mission-critical business applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical database solutions.
• Create and optimize SQL queries for large-volume transactional and data warehouse systems.
• Perform query optimization and database performance tuning.
• Develop and support ETL processes for data integration and migration activities.
• Design logical and physical data models based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Support database deployments, release management, and change control processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 12 years of experience in Oracle Database Development.
• Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL programming.

• Strong SQL query writing and optimization skills.
• Experience with Oracle Database versions 11g, 12c, 18c, 19c, and higher.
• Expertise in Performance Tuning using:

  • SQL Trace
  • TKPROF
  • SQL Tuning Advisor
• Strong understanding of:
  • Data Modeling

• Experience working with large-scale databases containing millions of records.
