Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Azure Cloud Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of overall IT experience with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, cloud architecture, infrastructure modernization, security, networking, automation, and cloud migration strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 15 years of overall IT experience.
- 8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Strong expertise in Azure Architecture, Governance, and Security.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale cloud solutions.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Azure Virtual Networks (VNet)
- Azure Landing Zones
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Azure App Services
- Azure Storage
- Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
- Azure Networking and Security
- Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM Templates, Bicep).
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Experience migrating on-premises workloads to Azure.
- Knowledge of cloud security frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
- Terraform Associate Certification
- Kubernetes Certifications (CKA/CKAD)
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available Azure cloud architectures.
- Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
- Establish cloud governance, security, and operational best practices.
- Architect Azure networking, identity, monitoring, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams.
- Develop architecture standards, technical documentation, and roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Drive automation and cloud optimization initiatives.
