Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Indianapolis, IN. The Sales Associate will assist patients in selecting eyewear that complements their style and visual needs, provide product knowledge, and offer caring, thoughtful customer service. The role also includes maintaining inventory, ensuring the boutique’s visual presentation aligns with our luxury brand, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals. Building strong relationships with clients and delivering a personalized experience are key aspects of this role. No prior optical experience is required, this is a career path towards becoming an ABO certified optician and expert stylist.
Qualifications
