Licensed D-2 Commercial Refrigeration/HVAC Technician
New Haven County, CT
RA Levine is actively hiring a Licensed D-2 Commercial Refrigeration/HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. If you’re an experienced technician who takes pride in quality work, customer service, and professionalism, we’re ready to pay top rates for your expertise.
What You’ll Do
- Service, repair, and install commercial refrigeration systems
- Remove outdated equipment and install new systems
- Complete service calls efficiently and accurately
- Maintain clean job sites and company service vehicles
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Accurately complete service documentation and invoices
- Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotation
- Attend training sessions and maintain a professional appearance
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Connecticut D-2 license or higher
- Proven experience with commercial refrigeration equipment
(ice machines, coolers, freezers, etc.) - Experienced with installation a plus
- Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical job duties
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Minimum age of 18
- Clean driving record that meets company safety standards
