We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our medical equipment logistics workflow. This role is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring product quality, and delivering a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Receive inbound shipments and returned medical equipment.
- Clean, sanitize, and prepare equipment for return to inventory following established protocols.
- Accurately update inventory systems and ensure products are staged correctly for redeployment.
- Operate computers, shipping platforms, inventory software, and label printers to manage daily workflows.
- Prepare outbound shipments, including label creation, box packing, and all required documentation.
- Coordinate daily pickups and shipments with major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
- Lift, move, and handle packages or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or inventory experience preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate shipping software, inventory platforms, and label-printing tools.
- High attention to detail and adherence to standardized processes.
- Ability to work independently, meet daily throughput targets, and communicate effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a structured operational environment.
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time role: approximately 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
- On-site position based in Moorpark, CA.
- Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
