Senior .NET Lead Developer / Architect (Insurance Domain)
Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer or Architect in enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern front-end frameworks
- Deep expertise in building and designing RESTful APIs and microservices
- Experience designing systems from scratch (greenfield projects)
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and DevOps practices
- Strong grasp of software architecture patterns, scalability, and security
Nice to Have
- Experience in the Insurance domain (P&C or Life)
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations or working with AI-powered applications
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tooling
