Responsibilities
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BoMs) for project procurement
- Create and manage purchase orders and sales order import files
- Coordinate with vendors and track equipment deliveries
- Manage inventory allocations and monthly reporting
- Review and resolve invoice and PO discrepancies
- Process warranty claims and RMAs
- Review purchasing-related change orders
- Support parts-only customer projects
- Help ensure projects receive the right equipment at the right time
What we are looking for
- 3 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience
- Strong Excel and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working with vendors and purchase orders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
- Construction, refrigeration, HVAC, EMS, or facilities-related industries
- Inventory management and logistics coordination
- ERP, accounting, or purchasing software systems
