What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Technician 2nd Shift position at R3 Composites?
2nd shift
$500 referral bonus, Earn PTO starting day 1, Vacation Pay, 5% shift Premium, Weekly attendance Bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Complete Daily Audit sheet. Enter, record, store/maintain information in written or electronic form.
- Verify specified parameters for current job and record data.
- Help ensure Quality Systems Basic standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
- Have proper paperwork available to production as needed.
- Help maintain a filing system for all quality and production paperwork ensuring ISO/TS 16949 standards are met. Maintain a filing system for lab test samples.
- Record product, packaging and order information on specified forms and records.
- Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products, to ensure that packing specifications are met.
- Mark and label containers, container tags and products.
- Sort defective products or materials and move to specified areas.
- To have a working relationship with management team and co-workers.
- Able to listen to instructions and follow directions.
- Follow process books 100%.
- Observe and obey all safety rules.
Requirements:
- Dependable transportation.
- The ability to work overtime during the week and on Saturdays
- Speak, read and write basic English
- Perform basic math, Excel and Microsoft Word skills.
- Knowledge using calipers, gauges, scales, tape measures and micrometers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
