R2L is recruiting individuals with a strong background in fine dining and high volume kitchens. We have a thriving bar, lounge and dining room and we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of food and service. Candidates must be passionate about hospitality, cuisine and service and have strong organizational and time management skills. Our line cooks are self-motivated and team oriented and take pride in turning out spectacular, perfectly executed dishes every time for each one of our guests.
R2L Restaurant is one of Philadelphia's most exciting and dynamic restaurants. It is located in the heart of center city, on the 37th floor of Two Liberty Place and its panoramic views of the city are second only to the food and service we provide our guests. Chef Daniel Stern and his team consistently produce the highest quality modern, Creative American Cuisine served in a warm and inviting environment. We are looking for self-motivated, hard working individuals to join the team.
Requirements
Responsibilities include but are not limited to being able to create and work from a prep list and timeline, ability to follow recipes and procedures, but also think on one’s feet in order to best service our guests’ needs. Requirements include, but are not limited to, a positive attitude, commitment to the success of the team and to the exceeding of guests’ expectations, attention to detail, timeliness, open availability and the highest kitchen sanitation standards. Three years of experience in high end dining is preferred. Wages are competitive and based upon experience.
