Minimum Requirements And Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- Secret Clearance preferred.
- Knowledge of governing supply systems, programs, policies etc.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good computer skills.
- Assists in managing decentralized and decontrolled items (supplies, equipment).
- Assists in inventory requirements determination and forecasting, distribution of materials, procurement authorizations, etc.
- Performs material coordination duties for special programs, maintenance, or production shops.
- Processes and expedites supply transactions related to particular organizations serviced.
- Writes item descriptions, using requirements for a range of new items entering the supply channels.
- Reviews existing stock catalogs, manufacturers catalogs, drawings, or other resource materials, for the purpose of matching characteristics or part numbers to identify duplicate items.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
