Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers—understand role needs and define ideal candidate profiles
- Proactively source top talent using LinkedIn, networking, industry events, Boolean search, and referrals—posting jobs is just the beginning
- Relentlessly identify and engage passive candidates who aren’t actively job-seeking
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for high-priority roles in engineering, cybersecurity, sales, and leadership
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to close, with a focus on quality and speed
- Maintain and manage data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide weekly pipeline metrics
- Lead outreach campaigns and build brand presence through creative candidate engagement strategies
- Partner with HR to support seamless onboarding and ensure strong new hire experiences
Required Experience & Attributes:
- 5 years of proven success as a corporate or agency recruiter, focused on outbound sourcing and direct outreach
- Demonstrated track record of filling high-demand roles (e.g., sales execs, engineers, security analysts)
- Obsessed with candidate quality—knows how to dig deep, pre-qualify, and build trust quickly
- Highly confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
- Skilled in pipeline development, competitive intelligence, and high-volume outreach
- Strong communicator who thrives under pressure and stays organized in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with ATS systems (Workable, Lever, Greenhouse, etc.)
