Role Description

R2 Unified Technologies is seeking a highly organized and energetic Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of event-driven marketing programs that position R2 as a leader in cybersecurity and enterprise technology solutions.


This role will focus heavily on coordinating marketing initiatives, supporting customer and partner events, and ensuring campaigns and promotions run smoothly from planning through execution. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with sales, engineering teams, technology partners, and R2’s external marketing agency to deliver high-quality marketing experiences that generate leads, strengthen customer relationships, and elevate the R2 brand.


This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys managing details, coordinating events, supporting campaigns, and working in a fast-paced technology environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Event Coordination


Assist with planning and executing marketing events such as:

  • Customer seminars
  • Lunch-and-learns
  • Technical workshops
  • Industry conferences
  • Partner-sponsored events


Coordinate event logistics including:

  • Venue communication
  • Registration management
  • Vendor coordination
  • Promotional materials
  • Event schedules and attendee communications
  • Support on-site event execution to ensure a seamless attendee experience.
  • Track registrations, attendance, and engagement metrics.
  • Assist in preparing post-event reports and follow-up activities.


Marketing Campaign Support

  • Assist with the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure marketing deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Support email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Maintain campaign tracking and assist with performance reporting.


Agency Coordination

  • Serve as the day-to-day liaison between R2 Unified Technologies and the company’s external marketing agency.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and priorities between internal teams and agency partners.
  • Provide the agency with necessary inputs such as event details, campaign objectives, messaging, and technical content.
  • Review and organize agency deliverables including marketing materials, digital campaigns, and promotional assets.
  • Ensure agency deliverables align with R2 branding, messaging, and campaign objectives.


Content & Marketing Materials


Assist in developing marketing content including:

  • Event invitations
  • Social media posts
  • Email campaigns
  • Case studies
  • Blog posts

Work with technical teams to translate engineering expertise into accessible marketing content.

  • Help maintain marketing assets, presentations, and collateral libraries.


Partner Marketing Support

  • Coordinate marketing activities with technology partners and distributors.
  • Assist with partner-sponsored events and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Track and submit documentation required for marketing development funds (MDF).
  • Maintain records of partner marketing activities and proof-of-performance documentation.


Digital Marketing & Brand Support

  • Assist with updates to the company website and social media platforms.
  • Help maintain consistent branding across marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor marketing analytics and assist with performance reporting.
  • Support efforts to increase R2’s visibility across industry events and digital channels.


Qualifications:


Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or campaign support.
  • Experience supporting events, campaigns, or marketing programs preferred.


Skills

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
