About the Role
We are seeking a highly adaptable and hands-on Senior Merchandiser (or Merchandiser) to join a growing team in Miami. This is an entrepreneurial, fast-paced role where you will take ownership of multiple brands from concept through final delivery. You’ll play a critical role in supporting the merchandising team during a key transition period, stepping in as a “plug-and-play” contributor who can quickly learn the business and drive impact. What You’ll do:
- Own and manage assigned product lines from inception through delivery
- Lead and contribute to line planning and line review
- Develop and manage pricing strategies and cost structure
- Partner with sourcing teams to negotiate costs and timelines
- Create and maintain pricing sheets and merchandising tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, QC, and other teams
- Attend customer meetings and support sales presentations
- Present product lines to internal stakeholders and external partners/licensees
- Ensure product is delivered on time and meets quality standards
What We’re Looking:
- 5 years of experience in Merchandising, Buying, or Product Development
- Strong experience with retail math and pricing
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
