Job Title: Human Resources Specialist (Korean Speaking)

Location: Bellaire, TX (5 days onsite)

About the company:

I'm currently partnered with a leader in the manufacturing space, a company who manufacture and produce products globally across 20 countries. They're in a phase of growth and looking to continue to enhance that growth with a strong Human Resources professional, who has experience building out strong teams, provide day-to-day support and assist with benefits, onboarding and recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources.
• Proficient experience in recruitment, employee onboarding and overall team management.
• Understanding of HR policies, employment laws and general HR practices.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems & financial tools.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary up to $100k dependant on experience.
