A Unique Founding Educator Opportunity
Pilates Addiction UTC is building our Founding Educator Team, and we're looking for experienced group fitness professionals and Pilates instructors who know how to command a room, coach movement, connect with members, and create an exceptional group fitness experience.
For select Founding Educators, Pilates Addiction UTC will sponsor your Pilates Addiction Educator training—a value of approximately $4,000.
This creates a unique opportunity for accomplished group fitness professionals who may not yet have Pilates experience to expand their skills and become trained in the Pilates Addiction method without personally taking on the cost of the training.
Pilates experience is preferred but not required for select candidates.

Pilates Addiction is a results-driven boutique fitness brand delivering a transformative movement experience on the Aurum, our proprietary, multi-functional Pilates apparatus found exclusively in Pilates Addiction studios.

What You’ll Do
- Lead engaging, high-quality group classes on the Aurum.
- Provide clear, confident, and motivational coaching and cueing.
- Demonstrate movements safely and effectively.
- Provide appropriate modifications and progressions for different fitness levels.
- Create a challenging, welcoming, and inclusive class environment.
- Build genuine relationships with members.
- Encourage and celebrate client progress.
- Help new members become comfortable and confident in the studio.
- Maintain Pilates Addiction's programming, safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
- Arrive prepared, professional, and ready to deliver an exceptional experience.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Previous experience leading group fitness, Pilates, personal training, or another movement-based fitness format.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence leading and motivating groups.
- Understanding of safe movement and exercise principles.
- High energy and a positive, professional presence.
- Dependability and strong work ethic.
- Coachability and willingness to learn the Pilates Addiction method.
- Passion for helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident.
Preferred:
- Pilates Instructor Certification.
- Group Fitness or Personal Training Certification.
- 1 years of group fitness or Pilates teaching experience.
- Boutique fitness experience.
- Knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics.
Compensation
Our compensation model rewards Educators for creating classes members want to attend.
$24 base $2.50–$3.50 per participant, per class, based on experience, training level, performance, and applicable Educator tier.
With 12 participants, compensation can reach approximately $54–$66 per class.
