Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, located at R1 Roofing & Exteriors hq in Lehi, UT. The Commercial Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating, pricing, and creating bids for all our commercial roofing and exterior projects in addition to our new construction projects.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills
- Used Estimating Software ( ProCore, Building Connected, Square Takeoff, etc)
- Budgeting skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus
