Duties And Responsibilities Will Include The Following
- Point of contact for general contractor’s field superintendent.
- Possess complete knowledge of all drawings, specifications, construction schedules, electrical equipment submittals, and mechanical equipment submittals.
- Work consists of installations, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and equipment within the commercial and industrial electrical industry.
- Responsible for managing and training all electrical jobsite field personnel.
- Perform all electrical tasks including reading and accurately interpreting construction electrical drawings, terminate cables, and install and troubleshoot control wiring from drawings.
- Demonstrate safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment.
- Responsible for providing and establishing a safe workplace for all employees onsite.
- Responsible for the complete field execution of the construction and performance of the electrical contract work.
- Responsible for tracking jobsite materials and tools.
- Responsible for scheduling and conducting all jobsite inspections, testing, and owner training.
- Promote company reputation and maintain an optimistic outlook and positive attitude with the ultimate goal of providing the best service to clients.
- Any combination of at least 5 years of work and training experience in a leadership role in the commercial construction industry and a minimum of one year of experience as a commercial electrical supervisor.
- Basic computer knowledge, ability to navigate in Microsoft office, Bluebeam, Procore, a plus.
- Demonstrated leader proven dependability as well as support for company policies.

- Ability to read architectural, structural, and mechanical construction plans
- Attention to detail to follow instructions and delegate from plan and supervisors.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills and able to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
- Must be a self-motivator and team participant.
- Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Develop positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Valid Driver's License w/clean driving record.
