Key Responsibilities
- Manage small projects or assigned scopes from startup through closeout with Project Manager oversight
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
- Maintain and track project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, drawing updates, change orders, and logs
- Support cost control efforts, including invoice review and pay application preparation
- Coordinate with field teams by communicating schedule updates, material requirements, and design clarifications
- Perform site visits to monitor progress, verify work, and assist in resolving field issues
- Experience in mechanical, plumbing, or general construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and understand project workflows
- Basic understanding of cost tracking and project financials
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Prior experience as a Project Administrator or similar role preferred
