Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

Warner Mechanical, a Division of R.W. Warner, Inc., is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Support Associate to assist our Procurement team. This role is critical to keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly — from receiving and storing materials to coordinating with team members and maintaining accurate inventory. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will report to the Procurement Manager.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $18 - $26 per hour (Pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and skill level.)

Key Responsibilities

• Unload, package, and store incoming materials and supplies in designated locations.
• Pull material lists and fulfill internal requests accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update inventory records to ensure stock accuracy.
• Operate a forklift to move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility.
• Coordinate and communicate logistics activities with team members and other departments.
• Support the procurement team with general warehouse and supply chain tasks as needed.
  
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Forklift operation experience required; forklift certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong communication skills and ability to plan and coordinate effectively with others.
• Punctual, dependable, and consistent attendance.
• Reliable personal transportation to report to work as scheduled.
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of plumbing fittings, mechanical fittings, or pipe systems (not required, but a plus).
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse software.
  
  

Work Environment

This position operates in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. The role requires standing, walking, and physical activity for extended periods. Safety equipment and protocols must be followed at all times.
