Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in commercial setting.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, and workspaces
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process
- Use janitorial equipment safely and effectively to perform tasks like window washing, upholstery cleaning, and trash removal
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Basic skills in laundry management and general janitorial tasks preferred
- Experience with housekeeper management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required
