One of our corporate clients is looking for an AA to join their team in DC! In this role, you would deliver reliable and accurate administrative execution in support of the company's Public Sector practice by preparing timesheets and expense reports, coordinating travel and reservations, producing pitches and proposals, supporting practice events, and providing meeting preparation and technology checks. You would report to Senior Executive Assistant and execute delegated tasks from the Executive Assistant (EA), meeting defined service levels and quality standards.
This position is primarily in-office with remote flexibility (one day per week). You must have flexibility on your remote day, based on the department's needs each week. NOTE: you MUST be in the DC area.

- Proposal administrative form completion
- Pitch and proposal production
- Coordinating pickup / shipping of proposals and confirm delivery timelines
Event Management
- Practice-wide event, conference, and team-building logistics
- Conference execution support and post-event reconciliation / closeout
- Vendor invoice submission and payment tracking
Collaboration and Communication
- Daily and weekly alignment of priorities with EA and Senior EA
- Status update reporting via designated touchpoints
- High standards of confidentiality and professionalism with internal / external stakeholders
Skills:
- Microsoft Office: Outlook (scheduling), Excel (trackers/reconciliations), Word (documents), PowerPoint (print-ready decks), Teams/SharePoint (collaboration).
- Expense and time systems (e.g., Concur/SAP/Replicon); ability to interpret policy and apply coding.
- Travel coordination proficiency; reservation platforms and vendor coordination.
- Meeting/AV basics for in-person and virtual setups; familiarity with Teams.
- Document production: printing, binding, shipping coordination; strict version control.
- Clear written and verbal communication; professional email and minutes-level notes.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organization skills
- High integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Education & Experience:

- Law firm, consulting, or public sector experience preferred but not required
