Must have the ability to perform task in multiple areas of the construction industry. Valid drivers license required. Awards and certification for additional education and correspondence courses are appreciated.
1. Regular, punctual attendance.
2. Establish standards and good work procedures.
3. Consistently complies with or exceeds all local, state or federal regulations.
4. Carefully manage job materials in an efficient manner.
5. Report discrepancies of the contract documents to immediate supervisor.
6. Keep work areas neat and practice safe work techniques.
7. Run errands as needed for job completion.
8. Ability to cooperate and work with employees of the Company as well as contractors and sub-contractors on the job.
9. Ability to train co-workers and apprentice workers in the trade.
10. Assist with other trades as needed.
11. Keep company equipment and vehicle clean.
12. Fabricate, install and insulate mechanical HVAC ductwork and equipment.
13. Knowledgeable in all areas of sheet metal trade.
14. Hardhat, safety vest, safety glasses, and safety toe shoes to be worn at all times on job sites.
15. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
