Overview:
This role oversees end-to-end order management, fulfillment, and distribution for B2B retail customers (excluding 3rd-party e-commerce). Key focus areas include wholesale/EDI order processing, international shipping compliance, trade marketing execution, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage order lifecycle (receipt to delivery), ensuring on-time, complete shipments per customer requirements.
- Process EDI/non-EDI orders, resolve discrepancies, and oversee 3PL coordination.
- Lead weekly revenue meetings and maintain order/shipment trackers.
- Prepare international shipping docs (manifests, invoices, COAs, etc.) and ensure shelf-life compliance.
- Execute trade marketing/promotional shipments and support new product launches.
- Reconcile ERP transactions, assist Finance with audits, and drive process improvements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in consumer goods (beauty preferred), with expertise in:
- Order management, EDI, 3PLs, and ERP systems.
- International shipping/documentation.
- Cross-functional teamwork (Marketing, Sales, Finance).
- Skills:
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Compliance awareness (data security, shipping regulations).
- Problem-solving, detail orientation, and prioritization.
