Patient Experience Concierge (Part-Time) — rêve Plastic Surgery
rêve Plastic Surgery is seeking a calm, polished Patient Experience Concierge to join our boutique aesthetic practice in Dripping Springs.
This role blends front desk coordination, luxury hospitality, and patient privacy stewardship in a quiet, high-end clinical environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Answering phones and assisting with scheduling
• Patient check-in and arrival coordination
• Maintaining a calm, private clinic atmosphere
• HIPAA-compliant patient communication
• Front-of-house hospitality support
Ideal candidates have experience in hospitality, aesthetics, or private medical offices and value discretion, professionalism, and patient-centered care.
Schedule: 10–20 hours per week (Tuesday–Friday clinic hours)
Compensation: Hourly, based on experience
