About the Role
Rêve is looking for an Employee Experience Manager who will foster a culture of learning, growth, and belonging in all the stages of our team members' journey, from recruiting to retirement. This is a individual contributor and hands-on role for someone who enjoys broad responsibility. To succeed in this role, you must be a proven connector, communicator, and invested in the growth of our team and organization. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Finance Operations.
What you can do in this role
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for critical touchpoints that shape our team member's experience at Rêve, including:
- Strategy: Be a voice for employees in the creation of annual strategy development and alignment with employee needs.
- Recruiting: Manage a talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs, including writing job descriptions, sourcing and connecting with candidates, interviewing, and maintaining our recruiting platform.
- Development: Grow and execute a professional learning and development ecosystem fostering a growth culture. This ecosystem consists of onboarding, training programs, career paths, performance management, and retention.
- Wellness: Sustain a culture of belonging and fun by executing a strategy for employee wellness, including monthly team events, employee recognition, volunteer opportunities, and benefits, while keeping a beat on emerging employee trends.
- Belonging: Partner with leadership to advance our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion vision and initiatives.
- Sustainability: Align business practices and operations with B-Corp standards to drive meaningful impact on social and environmental sustainability.
