What We’re Looking For:
- A willingness to learn, work hard, and take pride in your craftsmanship.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and teammates.
- Physical capability to climb, bend, and lift heavy objects (over 50 lbs).
- Knowledge of the Blow-in-Blanket System® (BIBS®) is a plus, but we’ll train you!
- A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Experience:
- Construction: 2 years (Preferred)
