Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for healthcare providers, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CENAs). The role is based in Detroit, MI. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality home healthcare, providing patient care, performing nursing or home care tasks, and assisting with wound care. Team members are expected to support patients in a compassionate and professional manner, ensuring a safe and respectful healthcare experience tailored to diverse needs.
Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in Nursing and Medicine to ensure proper patient diagnosis, treatment, and care
- Proficiency in Home Care and Patient Care for delivering tailored, in-home healthcare services
- Skills and experience in Wound Care management and procedures
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to address patient needs and provide compassionate care
- Current and valid licensure appropriate to the role being applied for (RN, LPN, HHA, or CENA)
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality practices
- Physical stamina to support mobility needs in a home care setting
- Previous experience in community or in-home healthcare services is a plus
- Basic proficiency in using healthcare applications for managing patient information is preferred
