Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the tech landscape, exceptional sourcing skills, and a proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, all managed from their home office
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in challenging tech roles
- Deep understanding of various technology stacks, programming languages, and software development methodologies
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software
- Exceptional sourcing skills with expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced search techniques
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical requirements effectively
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for talent acquisition
- Must have a dedicated home office space with reliable internet and communication tools

- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of technical roles using diverse recruiting tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks)
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruiting
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to refine employer branding initiatives and enhance our recruitment marketing efforts
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline status, time-to-hire, and candidate quality
- Participate in virtual career fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract talent
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
