Mandatory Qualifications
- The candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
- The role requires proficiency in business process modeling and documentation techniques, including the use of flowcharts, BPMN, or similar tools.
- The Business Analyst should have a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- The candidate should be proficient in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, JIRA, and Confluence, with basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively engage stakeholders and facilitate discussions.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 3 or more years of experience in business analysis, including experience in business process re-engineering.
- Experience working on enterprise-level IT projects and within a Project Management Office (PMO) environment is required.
- Experience working on large-scale digital transformation or government/public sector projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, SaaS implementations, and system integrations is an advantage.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum certifications are desirable.
