Route Driver & Warehouse Associate
R&S Vending — Bentonville, AR
Full-Time | $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
Location: Bentonville warehouse hub
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
About the Role
R&S Vending is hiring a full-time Route Driver & Warehouse Associate to support our Bentonville hub. This is a critical operations role responsible for servicing routes, pre-kitting inventory, and ensuring our markets and machines operate at a high standard.
This is not an entry-level “show up and coast” job. This role is best suited for someone dependable, efficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with responsibility.
You will be trusted to represent the company, manage inventory, and ensure locations are fully stocked, clean, and properly maintained.
Core Responsibilities
Route Service
- Service vending machines, smart coolers, and micro-markets
- Restock products and maintain clean, organized machines
- Rotate inventory using FIFO practices
- Remove expired products and maintain quality standards
- Load and unload products daily
- Identify and communicate inventory and service needs
Pre-Kitting & Warehouse Operations
- Pre-kit routes by building accurate product totes in advance
- Load route vehicles efficiently and correctly
- Receive, organize, and rotate inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse
- Support efficient daily route execution

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation

Preferred Experience
- Route driving or delivery experience
- Warehouse, inventory, or stocking experience
- Vending, food service, or service industry experience
Compensation & Growth
