We are hiring a skilled HVAC Warranty Service Technician to handle warranty calls related to our installations. We are looking for someone with strong diagnostic skills and experience working with install-related warranty issues.

Responsibilities

As an HVAC Warranty Service Technician, you will:

• Respond to and manage warranty service calls related to recently installed residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose installation-related issues with furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units
• Perform warranty repairs and corrective work to ensure systems operate as designed
• Identify root causes of installation or equipment issues and provide effective solutions
• Collaborate with installation teams to resolve recurring or complex warranty concerns
• Ensure all warranty service work meets manufacturer specifications, company standards, and local code requirements
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about warranty coverage, system performance, and any recommended next steps
• Maintain accurate documentation of warranty calls, findings, and completed work
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service while representing the company in warranty-related interactions

Qualifications

What You Need

• 2 years of residential HVAC installation/service experience

• EPA certification 

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Must pass background check and drug screening

• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment
