We’re hiring motivated Cable / Fiber Installation Technicians to support residential and business telecom installations. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, working independently, and being out in the field instead of stuck behind a desk, this opportunity could be a strong fit.
What You’ll Do
- Install and activate fiber optic and coax cable services
- Perform FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) installations and troubleshooting
- Install modems, routers, ONTs, and customer equipment
- Run and terminate fiber and coax cabling
- Test signal strength and service performance
- Troubleshoot service issues and complete repairs
- Educate customers on equipment and services
- Complete work orders and service documentation
- Maintain safety and professionalism on every job
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of cable, fiber, telecom, or field installation experience preferred
- Experience with FTTH, coax, broadband, or ISP work is a plus
- Reliable personal vehicle for daily routes
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Able to climb ladders and lift up to 75 lbs
- Basic telecom hand tools
- Strong work ethic and customer service skills
